Hello followers!
I have some bad news.
4 months ago, we started the preparation of our competition. In the first match I immediately had an injury. after a few days I went to the doctor and he said I had to go to the specialist. He took a scan to see if there was something to my heel. The specialist didn't found anything remarkable , so I just went training. A few days later I went to the hospital to take a bone scan. The surgeon said I had Os Trigonum. This means that a bone in my heel is broken. I had to take anti-inflammatories, but it still hurt. So, the surgeon said I needed an operation to take away the bone. They had to make 2 holes in my foot. We are 7 weeks later now and my foot still hurt. Hopefully I can be on the pitch very soon !
The rehabilitation goes smoothly, luckily my dad is a physiotherapist so he can give me all I want.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenHello Jasper
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI play football at my team Sparta Petegem and just as you I had an injury in the first match of the new competition.
I tore apart all of the ligaments in my right ankle.
I wasn't able to play football for more than two and a half month, but now I have been playing again for over three weeks.
I hope you recover well!
Friendly greetings
Bram
